Collective Worship

Daily Christian worship for the whole school is an essential element in the timetable.  Children listen to stories from the Bible and applied moral tales, and have a time of prayer and reflection.  Each Tuesday there is a guest speaker from the wider Christian community. Parents have the right to withdraw their child from collective worship.

Pupils are inspired by collective worship because they are all actively involved and they recognise that the Christian values promoted impact directly on their thoughts, attitudes and behaviour. (SIAS Inspection, 2016)
