Keeping active is very important! If you're bored in the house, try these scavenger hunts to keep you busy and active! Give yourself a time limit or race against your brothers or sisters to see who can complete it first!

Sport England- Sport England's job is to get people active in this country and to work with all the Sport Governing Bodies to ensure this happens (like the FA). They have launched a great page with lots of ideas and links on how we can keep active. There are tabs for keeping active indoors and outdoors with ideas like Couch to 5k and Active 10. Premier Sport have unlocked and provided for free some home challenges. Premier Sport run many of our after school clubs. Parents can download activities for their children to complete at home. Premier Sport will provide resources split across the following categories:
- Physical Activity
- Health and Wellbeing
- Lifeskills
They will be uploading resources including Tokyo Trail, Game of Actual Life lessons and sessions from NGB’s under each of these categories. They will add to these resources daily. Learning at home can be really challenging for parents of young people with SEND, but taking time out of the learning day can help increase concentration and also boosts physical activity levels.
